Halloween

Halloween was so much fun this year. Natalie really got into giving out candy, she thought it was great fun. We went to the grandparents' houses early so we could be home to treat the trickers in our neighborhood. There were so many of them that we stopped going to the door and just sat out on the porch. Our neighbors a couple houses down kept count on how many - over 200! We ran out of candy around 8:30pm and turned off the lights. No trickers though, we were impressed at how polite they were. One little pirate even wanted to pay for her treats with some pirate gold! There were tons of pirates, fairies, princesses and scary things. The most creative & elaborate costume we saw was a robot boy with blinking lights - so cute!
